Goals and Objectives:
A) To bridge the language barrier among non-English speaking, multi-language speaking families and others within the Franklin Elementary School community
B) To improve a sense of community and awareness about both the academic and extra-curricular activities within this multi-language group
C) To improve the participation rate of this group in school activities
