About Ms. Barbour

My History
I was born and raised in San Mateo and went to college locally, getting my bachelors degree at Cal State Hayward and my credential at Notre Dame de Namur University. I've been working with kids since I was 12 years old! I taught Pre-K and 2nd grade at The Carey School and 4th grade at Holy Spirit School. Here at Franklin I've taught the 2nd/3rd multi-age class, 3rd grade, and 5th grade.
What I Like To Do
I love to read books and I belong to a book club that meets once a month. I also like to watch movies, go to Sharks games and go camping. I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends, kickboxing, playing softball and tennis, working on some hobbies such as scrapbooking and crocheting; listening to all sorts of music and playing games such as Cranium, Mexican Train (a domino game), Mah Jong, Pinochle and Cribbage.
